Trigonometrik Özdeşlikler ve Uygulamaları

Trigonometride en temel özdeşlik sin²x + cos²x = 1 formülüdür. Bu formülden türeyen diğer önemli özdeşlikler arasında tanx = sinx/cosx, cotx = cosx/sinx ve tanx·cotx = 1 bulunur. Ayrıca sin²x ve cos²x için alternatif yazımlar da vardır: sin²x = $1-cosx$ $1+cosx$ ve cos²x = $1-sinx$ $1+sinx$ .
