Quantificatori Base: Some e Any
Some è il tuo alleato nelle frasi positive! Lo usi quando vuoi dire "alcuni", "qualche" o "un po' di" qualcosa. Per esempio: "I have some friends" o "There's some milk in the fridge".
Any ha lo stesso significato di some, ma è il protagonista delle frasi negative e delle domande. Lo trovi in frasi come "I don't have any money" o "Do you have any questions?".
💡 Trucco: Pensa a "some" come positivo e ottimista, mentre "any" è per dubbi e negazioni!

Fare Domande sulle Quantità: How Much vs How Many
How much significa "quanto/quanta" e lo usi per cose che non puoi contare singolarmente - come acqua, zucchero o tempo. È sempre singolare: "How much water do you drink?"
How many significa "quanti/quante" e funziona con cose che puoi contare una per una - come libri, amici o matite. Sempre al plurale: "How many books do you have?"
La regola è semplice: se puoi dire "uno, due, tre..." usa how many. Se non puoi contarli così, usa how much.
⚡ Attenzione: "How much" con singolare, "how many" con plurale - mai il contrario!

Esprimere Eccesso e Abbondanza
Quando c'è troppo di qualcosa, hai due opzioni. Too much significa "troppo" per cose non numerabili: "There's too much noise!" Too many significa "troppi/e" per cose numerabili: "I have too many homework assignments!"
Per esprimere grande quantità in positivo, much e many seguono la stessa logica, ma li usi principalmente in frasi negative e domande. A lot of è più versatile - funziona sempre e significa "un sacco di".
