El Verbo TO BE
El verbo "to be" en inglés cambia según la persona que realiza la acción. Siempre va después de un pronombre personal y tiene solo tres formas en presente: am, is y are.
Para la primera persona singular (I) usamos am. Por ejemplo: "I am a student" (Soy estudiante). Para la tercera persona singular (he, she, it) usamos is. Por ejemplo: "She is happy" (Ella está feliz).
Para el resto de los pronombres (you, we, they) usamos are. Por ejemplo: "They are friends" (Ellos son amigos) o "You are smart" (Eres inteligente).
💡 Consejo práctico: Una forma fácil de recordar el verbo "to be" es memorizando esta secuencia: I am, you are, he/she/it is, we are, they are. ¡Inténtalo repitiendo en voz alta!
