Cuantificadores Some y Any

¿Te confundís cuando usar some o any? Es súper simple una vez que entendés el patrón básico.

Some se usa en oraciones afirmativas (positivas). Por ejemplo: "There are some art museums in my country" (Hay algunos museos de arte en mi país).

Any aparece en preguntas y oraciones negativas. Mirá: "Is there any pollution in your country?" (¿Hay contaminación en tu país?) o "No, there isn't any pollution" (No, no hay contaminación).

Tip clave: Recordá la regla simple - Some para ✓ (positivas), Any para ? (preguntas) y ✗ (negativas).

Cantidades Pequeñas vs Grandes

Expresar cantidades en inglés tiene sus trucos, pero una vez que los dominás, vas a sonar como un nativo.

A few se usa con cosas que podés contar (casas, preguntas, parques). A little funciona con cosas que no podés contar individualmente (dinero, contaminación, tiempo).

Para cantidades grandes, tenés dos opciones súper útiles: a lot of (para todo lo que se puede y no se puede contar) y lots of (más informal, perfecto para conversaciones casuales).

Recordatorio: A few = contable, A little = incontable, A lot of/Lots of = ambos casos.
