# CONDITIONAL SENTENCES

WHAT IS A CONDITIONAL SENTENCE?
Conditional sentences have two parts or clauses that give a condition in the depend

Por ejemplo: "If it rains, I take an umbrella" (Si llueve, llevo paraguas).

Se usa para situaciones probables: "If I see you later, I will say hello" (Si te veo luego, te saludaré).

Sirve para situaciones hipotéticas o imposibles: "If I had a million dollars, I would buy a house" (Si tuviera un millón, compraría una casa).

Condicionales Avanzados y Consejos

El tercer condicional usa "had + participio" con "would have + participio" para hablar de cosas que no pasaron en el pasado. Ejemplo: "If I had studied, I would have passed" (Si hubiera estudiado, habría aprobado).

"If I had finished college, I would be a doctor now" muestra cómo una acción pasada afecta el presente.

Con el verbo "be" en segundo condicional, usa "were" en contextos formales para todas las personas: "If I were you..."

Wow, I am really amazed. I just tried the app because I've seen it advertised many times and was absolutely stunned. This app is THE HELP you want for school and above all, it offers so many things, such as workouts and fact sheets, which have been VERY helpful to me personally.
