Okul Hayatı ve Dersler
Okulda karşılaştığın tüm derslerin İngilizce karşılıklarını bilmek, hem sınavlarda hem de yabancılarla konuşurken süper işine yarayacak. Geography (Coğrafya), German (Almanca), English (İngilizce), Art (Resim) gibi temel derslerden Physics (Fizik), Chemistry (Kimya), Biology (Biyoloji) gibi fen derslerine kadar hepsini ezberlemen gerekiyor.
Zorunlu dersler (Compulsory Courses) arasında İngilizce, Coğrafya, Beden Eğitimi, Edebiyat, Kimya, Biyoloji, Fizik, Felsefe, Din ve Tarih bulunuyor. Seçmeli dersler (Elective Courses) ise Resim ve Müzik gibi dersler.
İlgi alanlarını ifade ederken üç önemli kalıp kullanıyorsun: "I am fond of" (düşkünüm), "I am interested in" (ilgiliyim), "I am good at" (iyiyim). Mesela "I am fond of chocolate", "I am interested in music", "I am good at volleyball" diyebilirsin.

Simple Present Tense Kuralları
Simple Present Tense günlük rutinleri, alışkanlıkları ve sevip sevmediğin şeyleri anlatmak için kullanılır - yani sürekli ihtiyacın olacak bir zaman! En önemli kural: he, she, it özneleriyle fiillere "-s" eklenmesi.
Fiillere "s" ekleme kuralları şöyle: Fiil "sh, ch, o, x, ss" ile bitiyorsa "-es" ekliyorsun (goes, watches). Fiil "y" ile bitiyor ve önceki harf sesli değilse, "y" düşüp "-ies" geliyor (studies, cries).
Olumsuz cümlelerde don't/doesn't kullanıyorsun. I, you, we, they ile "don't", he, she, it ile "doesn't" kullanılır. Soru cümleleri için Do/Does kullanıp kısa cevaplar veriyorsun: "Yes, I do" veya "No, she doesn't".
