Morfología del Participio
El griego tiene 10 participios diferentes que se forman siguiendo patrones muy claros. No te agobies con la cantidad: una vez que pilles el sistema, será pan comido.
Los participios activos usan terminaciones como -ων, -ουσα, -ον para el presente, mientras que los participios medios y pasivos casi siempre terminan en -μενος, -μένη, -μενον. La única rebelde es la forma de aoristo pasivo (-θείς, -θεῖσα, -θὲν).
La clave está en identificar primero la raíz del verbo, luego añadir las marcas temporales correspondientes y finalmente las terminaciones del participio. Por ejemplo, λυόμενος significa "que se desata" o "desatado", dependiendo del contexto.
Truco útil: Los participios medios y pasivos se declinan como ἀγαθός, así que si ya dominas esa declinación, tienes medio trabajo hecho.

Fíjate en estos ejemplos: ὁ σκοπῶν ἀνὴρ significa "el hombre que observa", pero οἱ νικῶντες se traduce como "los vencedores". El artículo es tu pista principal para identificar esta función.
Dato curioso: ἡ ἔχουσα (literalmente "la que tiene") era una forma educada de referirse a una mujer embarazada en griego antiguo.
