Hücredeki Organeller ve Görevleri

Hücrelerimiz minik fabrikalara benzer ve her organelin farklı bir görevi vardır. Endoplazmik retikulum (ER), çekirdek ve çekirdek zarı arasını dolduran kanallardan oluşur ve madde iletimini sağlar.

Mitokondri, hücrenin enerji santralidir. Koş hücresi, sinir hücresi ve karaciğer hücresi gibi çok enerji harcayan hücrelerde daha fazla mitokondri bulunur. Kloroplast ise sadece bitki hücrelerinde bulunur ve fotosentez yaparak besin ve oksijen üretir. Bitkilere yeşil rengini veren de kloroplastlardır.

Golgi cisimciği hem bitki hem de hayvan hücrelerinde bulunur ve paketleme ve salgı maddelerinin üretiminden sorumludur. Koful ise besin, su ve atık maddelerin depolandığı organeldir. Bitki hücrelerinde daha az sayıda ama büyük kofullar varken, hayvan hücrelerinde çok sayıda küçük kofullar bulunur.

Dikkat! Kloroplast sadece bitki hücrelerinde bulunur ve bu sayede bitkiler kendi besinlerini üretebilirler. Hayvanlar ise besinlerini dışarıdan almak zorundadır.

Diğer Organeller ve Hücre Farklılıkları

Ribozom, protein üretim fabrikası gibi çalışır. Hem bitki hem de hayvan hücrelerinde bulunur ve hücrenin en küçük organelidir. Sentrozom ise hücre bölünmesinden sorumludur. Hayvan hücrelerinde ve ilkel bitki hücrelerinde bulunurken, gelişmiş bitki hücrelerinde yoktur.

Lizozom, hayvan hücresinin temizlikçisidir. Yaşlanmış organelleri ve büyük besinleri sindirerek hücre içi sindirimden sorumludur. Bu sayede hücre sürekli yenilenebilir.

Bitki ve hayvan hücreleri arasında önemli farklar vardır. Bitki hücrelerinin hücre duvarı vardır ama hayvan hücrelerinin yoktur. Bitki hücreleri köşeli dikdörtgensel şekilli, hayvan hücreleri ise yuvarlakımsıdır. Bitkilerde kloroplast var ama hayvanlarda yok. Hayvanlarda sentrozom bulunurken gelişmiş bitki hücrelerinde bulunmaz.

Unutma! Hücre duvarı sadece bitki hücrelerinde bulunur ve bitkiye sağlamlık verir. Bu sayede bitkiler dik durabilir ve şekillerini koruyabilirler.
